Using SSL and HTTPS on itsmobile

Dear Experts,

How do I enable SSL for ITSmobile?

Nothing happens if I set u201CSwitch to HTTPSu201D in SICF ->u201DError pagesu201D->u201DLogon Errorsu201D->u201DSystem logonu201D -> Configuration -> u201CActions During Logonu201D

I get a blank screen (no logon screen).

Please have a look at my problem and let me know what I can do.

is the 'Do Not Include Inherited Settings' set or not in your service in SICF - Service Data tab?

Is a HTTPS port set in transaction SMICM - Goto - Parameters

There is no https port set, the settings look like this:

Services:
icm/server_port_0     = PROT=HTTP,PORT=8000
icm/server_port_1     = PROT=SMTP,PORT=0

Hello,

if it is not there in SMICM please do the following:

1. Run transaction RZ10.

2. Add the parameter for example: icm/server_port_2 PROT=HTTPS, PORT=1443, TIMEOUT=900

(You may use smcim->goto->parameters->display to check how many icm/server_port_<xx> already been defined and use next integer. As I see in your case next integer is 2)

3. Save and activate the changes

4. Shutdown SAP system

5. go to c:\usr\sap\<sid>\SYS\profile, copy the changes from default.pfl to default.

6. Start SAP system.

I suppose you need to install the SAP Cryptolib and to generate the SSL certificate with transaction STRUST.
