Early watch option

Hi friends,

I am trying to schedule an early watch alert in the solution manager for a BW system, but the option Early watch is not shown in solution manager , how to enable the Early watch alert option please help.

But for other systems I could see this option enabled.

Have you tried posting in the solution manager forum? That might be more helpful.

Is the BW system in a separate solution? Have you installed ST-A/PI on the BW system?

Yes ST- PI is already installed. I will open in solution manager.

Hi krishna,

The ST-PI package is different from ST-A/PI. Wasn't sure if you were aware of that.

I am aware of that. Sorry that is a typing mistake . ST- A/PI is installed, but the option early watch is not highlighted.
