Issue on Sampling scheme

Hi

i have an unique problem in sandbox. I have prepared a sampling scheme for dependent multiple sample with following details:

Lot size = 12 Sample size = 4 c1= 2 d1 = 3 c2 =2 d2 =4

So when my lot qty is 12. 8 samples will be calculated. In QA32 against the MIC, I am entering 4 results and its summirized valuation is rejected. so onvaluation system should come up with window "valuation of dependent multiple sample" where I can create new sampling plan for that MIC to record results.

My problem is, though MIC is ejected, proposal for new sampling plan is not coming.

Pls suggest what should be done for this?

8 samples will be calculated

Sample size should be 4 ,is it not?

As per my understanding

When you have Lot size = 12 Sample size = 4 c1= 2 d1 = 3 c2 =2 d2 =4

means when you reject 3 or accept 2 still it will not go to nest stage.Try to replace d1 by 4 & reject the 3 sample.

Also its beeter to check such scenario in single result recording.

HI Sujit,

As in my table, for lot qty 12, I am having 2 pairs of rejection/acceptance number, 4+4, 8 samples is to be created and thats I am getting. If I remove second pair I get 4 samples.

As per my knowledge , d is minimum no of defects in sample with which the lot will de rejected, so id d1=3 then system should propose me new plan. Am I wong somewhere?

I could not totally grasp your suggestion of changing d value. Can you pls elaborate? I am maintaining single result option for all MIcs ( 4 of them)

As per my knowledge when system gets stuck in between the c1 & d1 it goes to next level.

means you have selected c1=2 & d1=3 >>>> this condition will always satisfied as your sample size is 4.

What is that will prompt system to go to next level is system should get values in between acceptance number & rejection number

I am still not clear, If my sample size is 4 and d1 is 3, with 3 defects wont it be a rejected one?In that case new sample plan should be proposed.

For eg, I am having 4 mICs. For each I can record 4 results, suppose for MIC 1, 3 samples( 3 RR) are rejected, so what will be the scenario?

If 3 samples are rejected for a MIC then as your d1=3 ,system will reject that MIC >>>> I am Correct?

It will never propose next stage !!
