SAP Passport Problem

Former Member
0 Kudos

I was having certificate problem all the time and everytime I had to YOU ARE ACCESSING SECURE WEBSITE, Click YES, I wanted to get rid of this, so I registered for SAP PASSPORT for certificate, but what this registration did, it recreated a new ID in my name and I am totally cut from my old ID which had 1400+ points, now my points are completely gone.

Can anyone help me revert this passport issue, as I want to work on my old id which is with 1400 points. I deleted the SAP PASSPORT, still its not reverting the issue.

1. Send mail to this mail id : sapnetwork@sap.com

2. try to login with your old id

3. SAP passport valid only for S-user ids not for P ids

Thanks Raja for your input, but my id never changed. The id is still the same, email: afshadi@yahoo.com and my password,

but all my posts and points are gone in this change.

you would have received one P-id if you use yahoo mail id .Check your yahoo mail whether you have received some P-id at the first registration .If you have that id then try with that.

meanwhile send mail to sapnetwork@sap.com.

This same link is the problem child. I came across this link, and followed it to solve my certificate problem, and because of this

all this happened. When I applied for passport, it send me to activation email mentioned above, I activated it through email, and then it just renewed my id and see the membership date as today's with all my posts and points gone.

I am really upset with this issue, as I worked so hard to get to this level, and with one click all my posts are gone now and I can just look at it.

This is the email I received from them when I applied for passport at this site:

https://websmp104.sap-ag.de/~form/sapnet?_SHORTKEY=00200797470000029066&; and when I

signed up it completed erased my old ID with this ID. My Yahoo mail is same with same password, but all my posts and points

are gone and I dont know how to revert it back, it doesnot say any thing on it.
