SPM log report and log summary report shows wrong FF ID owner

We have GRC AC 5.3, recently upgraded VIRFF to support pack 10.

But still when I download SPM summary log report or log report, I FF ID owners listed in the excel are not the correct ones. Actually FF ID owner column shows the users who assigned the respective FF IDs to the firefighters.

Can anybody find the reason and provide solution for this.

Hello Pal,

Please check the "Note 1286000 - Incorrect Owner in SPM Log Report". This explains the reason behind this.

Actually there was change in design of FireFighter application due to which if you wish the actual owner to be shown as the FireFighter id owner in reports then the owner himself will have to go to SPM dashboard to assign the Firefighter id to firefighter. Otherwise, whosoever will make this assignment will be shown as the owner.

Hi Pal,

Varun is correct. This is the user who provisioned the access in case there are multiple owners assigned to FFIDs in the configuration.

Be aware that if you are using CUP to request and provision access directly, in some SP levels, this column is actually blank.

It does not seem to be an issue when assigned directly in SPM though.
