our reference field in sales order

Is it possible to change the name in the fields our reference on the output confirmation. once order is created.

Where we will maintain the our refernce field in the sales order.

Yes, it's possible. Please ask your ABAP person on this. You can show him the relevant output program and smart form from the transaction NACE.

I think you can maintain your reference no. in P.O. Number which you can use for your reference.

With help of your developer you can maintain this reference no. in your reports or printout.
