GOA - Buyer -Reponsible employee

Hi All

Purchase Group - BANGALORE - John (BUYER)

John created a GOA released too and left the organoisation last week .

Business Rule:- BUYER John id will be deleted on the day he left the organisation.

But business wants to revise the GOA which created by John.

What are good SAP / Good Business practices followed in your customer arena for the abpove business scenario.

I am looking for best practrices indeed followed on this.

Sap doesn't provide a standard solution for this. I will go with the advise of Z program.

Hi muthu,

I think in SAP there is no standard solution .

1) There is a Zee program developed based on the GUID

to transfer all the workitems and data to the current GUID

2 )I have faced the same issue in previous project also there they have used a Zee program based on the

USER ID to change from one user to another user
