mails are not coming in ccms

Hi Gurus,

I have some issue in CCMS alert.

I have to set the CCMS alert for couple of jobs, when these job will finish automatically trigger will come.

I have done everything which is required but still mails are not coming to my group mail id.I have checked all the things but i am not able to search the reason. All other jobs which are there in CCMS alert mails are coming to our mail box.

Plese help...

If you have configured it perfectly and still facing problem..

Check to see RSCONN01 , an abap background job is running or not

if still problem persists

Setup your Solution Manager system to monitor the jobs of that system

also monitor the size of the queues.

Thanks for the quick responce. job RSCONN01is not running in my system. Can you please suggest how i will schedule this job through SCOTor sm36 .is there any problem if i run this job..

but if i checked my scot it is giving ike this .

that means i am just confused this scot data is not related to this RSCONN01 job.i checked in scot this job is running SAPCONNECT ALL SEND 400 .this is diferent from RSCONN01.

& other thing also we do not have solution manager system i have configured this ccms in single system only.

i am totaly new in this case .

Please suggest

This is just an abap background job..schedule it in sm36.

I checked This job is already running in the system with different name.PLease suggest.

Can anyone please provide the Doc for thisCCMS alert for finished .jobs
