Hi

We are transferring BPs from ECC to GTS using change pointers.

I got the following error for some Vendors: Address xxxxxx /a invalid

We updated the vendor e-mail at ECC and retransferred it.

Even after updating the e-mail (stripped out the "/a") Iu2019m still getting the same error message: Address xxxxxx /a invalid

And this is happening for 6 different records.

Does anyone know what should be done to solve this problem?

Try to clear out the change pointers using BD 22 and try again.

Hi

We were able to solve it. For each of the BPs that was failing there were 2 e-mails assigned: the correct one and another one with a bad structure.

We can not see all the e-mail address on the main screen, we need to go to the detailed screen. We missed that.

Now it is fixed and we were able to move it to GTS.

Hi,

It might be probably due to invalid structure of your email. It must be in this format (abc"@"abc.com.) Do you mind posting those 6 emails to let us take a look? Maybe it will help.
