Hi All,

Please let me know the list of administrative tasks/transactions which needs to be executed on daily basis to monitor the system performance

and status.

Hi Murli,

1) We can check backend communication error from RZ20 (Application Monitoring screen from Portal).

2) PO & SC approval problem from SWI2_DIAG

3) SLG1 for all replication jobs

4) SMQ1 & SMQ2 for qRFC monitor for outbouond & Inbound.

5) In ECC we monitor WE02 (Display IDOC Tcode with status 51, 64) for IDOC's or else you can use Tcode BD87.

Yes, RZ20 is very helpful to monitor communication errors, besides, you can use SM13 to check update errors

and tr:SM37 to check background job log.

I would suggest also SLG1 - System log.

Hello Murli,

From System side I recommend:

- RZ20

- ST22

- SM21

SMQ1 and SMQ2 in case stuff is replicated from backend system
