hi,

This is naveen i have one question for sd guru's that is can i do billin with out pgi in delivery related billing

We have some process like if in case of STO , we can do Billing without doing the PGI.In such case , the Invoice would be Proforma Invoice for which we use Routine as 009 DlvRel.pro forma Hdr.

Else we can use Routine as 11 Head.dlv-rel.w/o GI which will allow to create Invoice without PGI.

Yes, You can.

This is what you have to do it.

Go to Tx: VTFL (Delivery to Billing Copy Control)

Select relevant delivery type and billing type (Eg: LF to F2)

Go in to Item level node

Select the relevant Item Category and go in to details of it by clicking Magnifying Glass

Under "Copying requirements" assign the routine "11 - Head.dlv-rel.w/o GI"

Save it.

Then try with a new sales order, delivery document creation (without PGI)

Then create the billing.

It should OK.

Hi there,

If you are dealing with service or text items, then, yes, you can do billing without PGI. Service or text items donot need a delivery & PGI. Check the settings of item catg TAD & TETX. Billing relevance will be order related billing. For all those order related billing condition types, there is no need to to do PGI to create billing.

It is possible but your goods not minus from your related plant. Make sure your configuration is same as per your requirement.
