User blocked on the PDA

Hi Expert!:

I am in Oca for Mobile 7.1 sp 8 path 04 po PDA.

What Can I do if i get the message "User blocked" when I logon to the PDA?

No idea about user is blocked. Only know about user is locked which means the login user hsa been locked by the client.

Mostly due to wrong passwords entered a no. of times

Autologon, where user name & password is stored by client.

Otherwise user will be locked if there are regular wrong entries, this is a security requirement.

I think you have raised an OSS messge with SAP regarding this

Please use the parameter com.sap.tc.mobile.cfs.user.lock.threshold to set the threshold value of login attempts.

Is there a way to reset the user password or remove the user name/password in the Mobile Client. Either for PDA or Laptop.
