cProjects - Unable to close project

Hello,

I encounter a problem in cProjects 4:

I have a cancelled task which prevents me from closing the related project. In fact, when i try to close the project, i got a message telling me that this task as to be closed before...

Does anyone have any idea of how i can solve this ?

Any advice would be welcomed.

Hi,

I guess by "close" you mean set the status "completed"?

If yes, all the phases have to be completed before you can do it at project level. Could you please check it's the case?

First of all, thank you for your help.

Yes i meant "completed" but the problem is i'm not able to complete anything at all at levels higher than my task.

When i tried to complete the ITO above my TTO i got an error. As i thought i needed to complete all ITOs before beeing able to close my CTO , PPO, DPO, i thought i won't be able to close the project.

But, i realized that i can complete the CTO without changing the task or the item status which solved my problem.
