Hi Bernhard,

Please check on the following

1) Whether integration model exists (active) for the error location products

using transaction CFM5 (in R/3) for location, products, purchase

orders, vendors, purchase requisitions etc.,

2) Check the material master for those error products in comparison with

the good ones

3) Check the application logs generated during the error using

transaction /sapapo/cq

Hello,

the location is a vendor and there is a integration model for inforecords. In this inforecord the flag to take up the vendors is set.

The material mention in the error message is a component from the finished product and there is no difference between the other materials.

kind regards,

Bernhard

Hi Bernard,

I used to have similar problem in that, products at vendor locations would get created, however, these were not assigned to the model 000. We would then manually assign the products to the model 000 and rerun the queue to clear it.

We had also developed one report to have list pf products created on a day ( or a period) to check which products are not assigned to the model and then assign them. We could not get down to all the reasons, however, one reason was that CIF job frequency was every 2 hrs or so and if in daytime some user was locking the model , then during that possible CIF transfer will create products at the vendor lcoation, but not assign to the model 000. You may check the jobs running environment and the possible transactions occuring in APO during the time.

Hi Bernhard,

APO treats Vendor as a separate location. Please check whether Product A exists at Location ABC in APO or not.

Thanks,
