Inconsistency in Sales Orders Assignment in Planning Book

Hi Experts

When i create sales Orders in ECC,sales orders are assigned to the Planning Book but some times when i change the Quantity for the existing salers Orders , Changes are not getting reflected in the Planning Book Immediatly.

Some times system is giving pop up like 'sales order does not exist'.

When i delete existing sales order in ECC, the incomming Qty in Planning book should be changed to zero, but its not reflecting.

What measures we need to take to prevent such inconsistencies?rds

Hi Vasu,

In general, the above are product allocation consistency checks which

checks the following

These will display the confirmation date, quantities, used product

allocation settings, sales order , product etc.,

1) Checks if is there any single assignments without an incoming

orders quantity

2) Checks if is there any single assignements without a sales order

due to error

3) Checks if is there any single assignements without a characteristic

combination in place.

SAP recommends to check the affected sales orders again.

Hi Vasu,

1) You can run it for onetime and check the number of inconsistencies, if they

are very few, you can schedule once in a week or twice a week. You

can plan it accordingly

transactions typically used to clear inconsistencies in GATP product

allocations. (GATP module)

In sap help the below transactions are not explained clearly.

/SAPAPO/ATPQ_CHKCUST - Product Allocation Assignment by Sales Order

Earliar i tried with above Transaction , by giving sales Order Number and Product, when i execute it , its showing list contains No data.

In which stances we can go for this Transaction?

/SAPAPO/ATPQ_CHKUSG - Control Product assignment

In what real time situations we use above transaction?

/SAPAPO/ATPQ_KCGRP_U - Product Allocation Assignment Update

In what real time situations we use above transaction?

Hi Vasu,

Check in product view whether the sales order is displayed.

If not, carry out /sapapo/ccr for sales orders to clear the

inconsistency and then retry

Also try the below to remove the inconsistencies

/SAPAPO/SDRQCR21
