How to install Silverlight Demo Apps?

The application DEMO_SILVERLIGHT_SEATS (and friends) is missing from our SAP System. We only have the Flash Islands demos. are you on 7.02 system? Because Silverlight islands are available from SAP Netweaver 7.02 release.

your specialists are wrong, newest is Netweaver 7.02, you are on 7.01. 7.02 for ECC will be available in july. Silverlight islands are only for 7.02.

Just to confirm this from the SAP side, the information you have been given in this thread is the correct information. I suppose technically 7.01 is the latest release that is generally avaialble. However we have NetWeaver 7.02 ready to go. In fact for some solutions it is already in Ramp-Up. It does begin ramp-up for the Business Suite as part of Business Suite 7i2010 (Innovations 2010 - the latest set of enhancement packages for the business suite). We will hopefully have a trial version of 7.02 available once it completes Ramp-Up.

The Microsoft SilverlightIslands functionality you refer to is one of many new pieces of functionality in NetWeaver 7.02.
