How to archive SO and send notification SO created through SAP mail.

Hi expert,

I have one question, how to archive SO once we have done created them and at the same time the notification of the SO which has been created is sent automatically to respective recipient's SAP inbox?

Dear,

You can delete the sales order but not archive and if you want to number of deleted sales order then contact your Basis Team member he will help you.

For delete sales order : VA02 -

---

> Header ---> Sales Document -> Delete-YES.

If you want to notification of SO through SAP mail then contact your Basis team.

For SAP mail : Use T.Code : SBWP

For notification take the help of abaper and ask him to modify the user exit for the same.

Also you can sue workflow management to sent the notification in SAP inbox.
