Hello,

The database is MS SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition with Service Pack 3 (8.00.760).

Thanks in advanced.

Well, if you are searching for help on MS SQL Server, I guess this is not the right place. This seems to be a special DB problem and you may want to ask in the developer network of your database vendor.

I am facing same kind of problem in our environment, please let me know how it was fixed in your environment.

The WRITELOG high wait times indicate slow IO on the transaction log. The recomendations say that check the IO subssytem for possible improvements, including the database file distribution and the size of the transaction log.

OK. Then could you tell me what database you are using?

What are you talking about?

Do you have an idea how many writlogs this server has?

A little bit more specific information could help.
