Need your quick help on this one...
The Vendors created in SAP R/3 gets replicated in SAP SRM as Business Partners. We are on SAP R/3 4.7 and SRM 5.0.
When, for a certain Vendor, all emails are deleted in R/3, in SRM one of the emails are retained and all the emails are not cleared in the Business Partner. This leads to data inconsistency.
Can any of you please suggest, how to clear all emails in SRM when for the corresponding Vendors, all emails have been removed.

Thanks for your reply. BBP_VENDOR_SYNC runs in the background on regular intervals and thus the Vendor Master is kept in sync. It is not that the changes are not getting replicated, it is just that this is a particular scenario where the sync is missing,
The scenario is as follows:
R/3 Vendor has 3 emails and all the 3 emails show up in SRM BP.
We delete all 3 emails from R/3 and sync with SRM. All emails do not get deleted from SRM BP and it retains one email, the one with Radio Button selected in R/3 and that email would not get deleted from SRM.
Do you have any idea why.

I am looking at XK03 in R/3 and not able to find the email with "radio button". Can you check the vendor in R/3 through XK03 and see if you still have "E-Main" maintained in the "Communication" section? If so, you can remove the email there and sync again with the report.
Try to run report BBP_VENDOR_SYNC in SRM to synchronize the vendors.
