I have a smartform where for a security deposit contract i have to show all the details. please let me know the relationship or function module where in i enter the contract and i get the rental unit for that contract and base contract information, BP details for that contract

Please use function module - API_RE_CN_GET_DETAIL.

This will give you all data relevant to a particular contract.
