hI ,
When we try to print from TCODE MMBE the prints are of the format X_65_255.It is evert time i need to go to the properties of the spool and change it to X_65_80.Is there a way to set the format for tcode MMBE.?
Hi Balaji,
It is possible to create a separate output device for this format only and so you dont have to go for the properties again while printing. just give that output device whenever you take print out.
Follow as below : Create a separate device type(Z device type ) with this format(X_65_80).
Create an output devise (Eg: ZX6580) with the above mentioned device type . Select this output device whenever you need printing with this format .

Balaji,
You can achieve this ... To change to a default format, Just try to click on Print (Printer button) a dialog <Print screen List> will appear showing printer properties, click on <properties> at the bottom and another dialog will appear. Go to 'General properties', choose 'format' and double click. Click on Settings, there you are, you change the format and/or number of columns. Once done, click <copy settings >and it will retain default value for the specific printer for the current user now... You can set the same for all those user who will be using MMBE.
All the best !
