lot generation for rework process

Hi,

I am working on a rework process.

With CO07 i'm creating order with order type PPRW.

Selected Ref. Operation Set that has control key ZRWK ( Inspection characteristic Selected )

After releasing the order, lot is not generating.

Is there any other procedure to generate lot for rework order?

Please guide me for this problem.

Hi,

1.Create Production Order

2. Confirm the production Order

3. In QA32, do RR, UD & keep qty for rework

4. Do production confirmation and put qty for rework

5. Add rework control key in the screen of change production order and save

6. Lot for rework will be generated in QA32

After releasing the order, lot is not generating.

Is there any other procedure to generate lot for rework order?

If order is without material then how lot will be generated ,its not possible

Second thing use control key in inspection plan in such a way that it will automatically create GE then only lot will be created otherwise you have to manually create lot through MB31

Hi,

I think you also need to activate inspection type 04 & 05 inmaterial master.

How can i select 04 and 05 in Material Master.
