Dear gurus,
After cancelling the invoice I have no option to get print out. I have already maintain VV31 screen but the problem still exists..
How can I fix this issue??
PLS check your output procedure is properly assigned to your billing doc type.

Hi,
First check in the billing documnet vf02 in header details under output tab whether the out type has been picked up or not .
If it is not picked up enter it manually and save the document.
Now you will be able to take the print outs .also for automatic picking up the output type check your condition records are maintained for the right combination or not ( access seq).

Do you want to take print-ut of Cancelled Invoice?
Have you developed a Smart form for Cancelled INvoice?
