How to Create Custome Hierarchy

Hi ,

Could you pls guide me that how to customer hierarchy?

I tried with following steps:

1. XD01- created one customer

2. TC VDH1N - Give same customer for hierarchy what i have created through XD01

but I getting error, pls guide where i am making mistake or provide me the full steps to create one hierarchy customer.

VOPA take reference as A.
