ITS window opening and closing by itself

Hello Everybody,

We have a MSS service which calls a ITS service. it shows different report based on our selection. When there is no data coming from the backend, its closing automatically by itself. whereas its supposed to show some message that no data available or something with a sap screen. Please let us know, where we need to correct for this. Is it in ITS parameters or in the code.

Hi,

Issue is solved with some ITS parameters like theme 99 and single transaction to 0 etc.
