query : Exit Plug

Hi,

If I fire the exit plug from one component to another , can I move to the second view of the component, instead of the default view ?

Hi Saini,

Please follow the steps :

1. Create outbound plug in Default View and inbound plug in View V2.

2. Make the navigation link between the two.

3. Now in WDDoinit of Default View , check whether to fire outbound plug to V2 or not.

4. The check can be made either using Common Assistance class in both the componenets or using Import/Export.

5. Now based on the check, Fire the navigation Plug.

I am not sure if i have understood you correctly.

Do you want to select the default view of a component dynamically ?

I believe, framework uses some classes, we could also use it.
