In ECC, we are not maintaining any pick, Pack and Load Times.
ECC ATP and Allocation Scenario in Our System at present:
When I create Sales Order is getting confirmed on the Customer Requested Date.(Say Customer Requested Date = 31.05.2010) Allocations are getting saved on 31.05.2010
1)MAD Date= 31.05.2010
2)Load Date= 31.05.2010
3) Goods Issue Date=31.05.2010
4) Transportation Date=31.05.2010
5) Delivery Date=31.05.2010
We are not using any routedetermination in Sales orders.
APO Scenario:
Our Bucket used for allocations is Weekly.We are not using any consumptions in Allocation Planning.
We are doing ATP and allocation planning based on LFDATE.
If i create sales order as requested delivery date with Coming Monday i.e 31.05.2010,
Scedule Line Date =31.05.2010
MAD Date = 29.05.2010
When i click Prod Allocation Button in I Check item Availability Sceen, Confirmed Date as 29.05.2010.
The Incoming order Qty assignment for this Order is for the Week 21 2010, where as it should be saved in Week 22 2010 in Planning Book
I want to build same scenario in APO.( Already configured Allocations and ATP settings in APO).
Why MAD date is diufferent?
Please help me to build the same scenario in APO system.
Since we did not maintain Pick and Loading Times in ECC,What configuration need to be done in APO Transportation and shipment Scheduling to achieve above Scenario?
