NWDS Help failure

Hi everybody,

I have installed developer workplace and it has worked fine. But since yesterday when I click help->SAP Web AS documentation-><anything> no meters - program works but help is not started. I have made no change in my configuration.

Does anyone know a possible reason and solution?

Hello,

I have no idea why does this happen; but I can provide you with a solution - you can always use the http://help.sap.com instead.

The documentation on the help portal is exatly the same as in the installation of the Developer Studion, and sometimes even better and enhanced.

I suggest that you use the help portal search option.

Hi Bogdan

Follow the solution given below only if you are in a LAN and If you are getting a error -<b>Network Access Message: The page cannot be displayed</b>

I had a similar problem

<i>Follow the following step if you are using a LAN</i>

Open Internet explorer –Goto Menus->Tools->Internet Options ->click on the Connection tab-> find LAN Settings-> and uncheck all the check boxes

This error is due to the problem with the proxy clash.
