Vendor Node still in Org Structure after BBP_XPRA_ORGEH_TO_VENDOR_GROUP

Hello SRM experts,

I had a question regarding the report BBP_XPRA_ORGEH_TO_VENDOR_GROUP. I ran this successfully and checked the logs that confirmed that this report was finished successfully. But in the org structure (ppoma_bbp) I still see the old vendor node which was deleted and created as a separate structure (ppomv_bbp). If I click on it there is nothing and I see that there are no other dependent nodes under this rogue node.

Is this a problem? Is there a way that this icon can be deleted?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
