Road permit indication during invoice

In our organization there is a requirement of state specific Road Permit Indication or pop up during Invoice.

I just want to know whether there is any provision for it in standard SAP or we have to make special enhancement with the help of ABAP.

please consider that billing programs are designed to work in background too.

So in the standard popup are not forseen.

Hi,

Maintain customer group 1 ( or any out 12345 from reserve customer master field) as 01-road permit req, 02-road permit not Req.

Now you can maintain this in customer master data or manually you an maintain in the sales order.

When you create the invoice this will be copied in your billing document. Ask your abaper to generate a pop if the customer group 1 has value 01by modifying the user exit .
