Error : Post Goods issue not allowed

Hi all,

I create a sales order (Tcode VA01), then make a delivery document ( Tcode VL01N, VL02N,VL03N). When I press button Post Goods Issue (Shift+F8), an error message appears :

"Post goods issue" not allowed (User Status CRT, object VB0013000023000000)

Message no. BS051

Diagnosis

The status check for the status object VB0013000023000000 indicated that the procedure "Post goods issue" cannot be performed because User Status CRT forbids it.

System Response

Procedure "Post goods issue" is not performed.

Procedure

If procedure "Post goods issue" is to be performed, the User Status CRT of object VB0013000023000000 must be reset.

Other statuses than User Status CRT can also prevent the procedure. This message does not tell you all statuses which currently prevent procedure "Post goods issue".

Please tell me how to solve this problem,

Go to VA02, input the sale order reference and execute. From top menu bar, click on "Goto -- Header -- Status". There again click on "Object status" and check whether any lock is there. If so, change it and then retry

Check the doc status for your sales order & material in it.

You can find status in Header & Item level of Sales Doc

So, check the doc status of you sales doc.

For PGI it should be in RELEASE relevant status as per your business process release strategy.
