Maintenance Optimizer calculation of Enhancement Package 3

Hi,

I'm doing the analysis for our Upgrage ECC6 to EHP3 SPS06.

Now, the Solution Manager when I do the calculation, the development environment and quality offers me all the packages, and for producing only a few packages .

Can you tell me why you think the calculation is different?

Hi Mateus,

to be fair, I put the solution to my problem.

By making other controls in SMSY and SAP Notes, I noticed that under "Other Attribute" was missing "Landscape Pattern", which I set to SIDECAR. Now the calculation is the same for quality and production.

By SP22 is required for proper detection of active Technical Usages.

Have you checked if the SMSY definition of the production system is correct?

What is the Solution Manager Support Package level? Please apply the relevant notes listed in 1122966.

Other than a difference in SMSY definitions or that the Maintenance Optimizer procedure for the dev server was done with a lot of time difference to the Maintenance Optimizer procedure for the production server, I would not know why is there a difference. When did you generate each queue? Are you sure that the same technical usages were chosen in each?

Hi Miguel,

I checker in SMSY definition and should be corrected.

I have SAP EHP 1 for SAP Solution Manager 7.0 SPS 22.

Note that you indicates should be implemented before import of SAP Enhancement Packages for SAP ERP 6.0, but I have already implemented the EHP. I can, if necessary, apply the notes now?

Also, the queues were calculated within a few hours. The Technical Usages are the same.
