Path of WAS

Hai,

I need to Transfer Some Files on to NWDS /SDM Directory,

How can i find the path of the Sdm in the Server System,

Is there any programatical way to identify the Path above.

Please Help me.

Hi Naga Raju,

The SDM home directory has the path \usr\sap\<sid>\<jc../dv..>\SDM\program.

Thanks for your reply, I know that path, what i need to know is to findout the path dynamically, like,

In whch drive WAS installed.

What is the sid

Is it JC00

All these stuff.

Finally i need to know the Path of the Sdm of server dynamically.

Hi

It is purely based on your instance id no given at the time of installing WAS. Default is : 00 i.e JC00

So full path is

\usr\sap\<J2E>\<JC00>\j2ee\admin\go.bat

You are mosunderstand my problem, that was i need to findout , programatically in wchich column(C: or 😧 etc) the WAS installed, can you tell me any simple technique to findout the path of was .
