Dispatcher and provisioning

Hi

We are running IdM 7.1 SP4 and we are facing some troubles.

Sometimes, it seems like the dispatcher we created has the running status but is in fact stopped. In general we notice it by trying to provision identities : we create our identities normally but then the provisioning job doesn't start. It does start if we stop and then relaunch the dispatcher.

Has anyone ever had this problem and is there a way to fix it?

Hi,

I spoke to a customer last week who had the same problem. I have asked development for assistance.

Workaround is to automatically restart all dispatchers once every 24 hours.
