Class CL_WD_BUSINESS_GRAPHICS is the backend class for Business graphics. You have to create a BG UI element in your View and customize the settings by using the methods of the class CL_WD_BUSINESS_GRAPHICS (Check my earlier post to create BG in WDA).
Alternatively you can also create the BG at runtime, I never did this with BG but I have done this with Table, Input fields etc..
But I recommed you not to use the BG @ runtime, as this will be very complex then to understand.
Check out the [Document|http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/ca932ebc-0901-0010-68a0-b4dd81a4bf81?quicklink=index&overridelayout=true] to create graph such as vertical bar charts or pie charts.
Hope it helps you.
