Select for Update on FKKDIHDTMP

Hi there,

When executing any kind of mass activity in SAP IS-U Supply. We are getting large amounts of sessions (~300) trying to perform a Select for Update on the same row in FKKDIHDTMP.

One of these sessions will perform the select for update, and lock the a row for 30 ~ 40 minutes, blocking all the other sessions. Each session relates to a child job created by the mass activity.

Any ideas?

Hello,

Please review and apply the 702327 possibly it could help your situation as it does for some customers.

For newer releases, check note 1349530.

But normally, the problem with the high number of access on FKKDIHDTMP is resolved with increasing the number of intervals for the mass activities.

Please make sure you create a variant with many intervals to process the job and that will resolve the issue.
