HI,

This is Naveen i faced one question in interview that is in sales order we have 10 line items but in billing 9 items are only get the price 10th item price is no detemined in that billing why, that item is not a text item or free good.

Hi,

The item determined in the sales order is either:

1. Not relevant for billing (Billing relevance = blank)

2. No pricing (Pricing = blank)

3. If relevant for pricing, then no pricing record is maintained.

4. And, another possibility that for the item categories used, there is a Billing block.

5. And if the item have pricing, but not taken into consideration to determine the whole value of the document, then it could be a statistical value only.

6. Account determination error.

There are many possibilities..

It can be possible only when the Item category for that Material is not relevant for Pricing.But this scenario should be possible only when the Price is not reflective in the Sales order too for that Material.

It could also be possible in Copy Control Settings in VTFL with Pricing Type at Item Level.
