Dear all,
I have created shopping cart and want to order against it.
Problem:
1.What setting i need to do in EBP to assign budget to a user or Department?
2.Accordingly consumed Budget amount and balace budget amount can be visible while creating or ordering shopping cart.

Hi,
Which Account Assignment Category do you use?
If ACC is OR or WBS you can display budget info, if ERP CO side has budget.
You can also set User Budget in PPOMA_BBP Extended Attributes tab. Budget check function checks user budget and ACC budget but Budget display is only for ACC.

Again thanks for your timely response.
according to your earlier suggestion i put tick in PO value limit in extended attribute,It gives check while exeeding the limit but no display of budget as you rightly said.(And i am ok with it)
But regarding budget display
I tried by Acc as OR but again it doesent give any display and also with OR i could not able to generate PO(auto PO) in Back end R3.
I checked BBP_BUDGET_READ_47A in ERP(SAP R3) but it does not exist.
Please guide.

Actually i am verymuch new to system.
1. I have checked FM B470_BUDGET_READ in SRM
what is Budget CO code ... i have mentioned it as a company code.
and executed Result says"RFC destination not found" but RFC connections are in line
2. I have checked FM BBP_BUDGET_READ_47A in ERP
with CO_CODE as company code and executed the same
it has nither given any error nor any result.
Let me correct if i am mentioning wrong inputs
