Repeated T-Codes and Folders in User Menu

Hi Expert,

i have roles design like below:

Role A (With a folder named LOGISTIC and a T-Code MM01)

Role B (With a folder named LOGISTIC and a T-Code MM01)

User 1 Assigned with Role A and B. therefore, his USER MENU will have two repeated Folder name LOGISTIC and each folder consisted of t-code MM01.

Are there any way i can make the same folder name and t-code appear only ONCE in the user menu?

Any method that can automatically consolidate the list and remove the repeated folder name and t-code?

Please advise.

you need to maintain the table SSM_CUST , check for the words Condense Menu either on the forum or on SAP

Please check the table SSM_CUST for the entries CONDENSE_MENU=YES, DELETE_DOUBLE_TCODES=NO

Try to maintain these values & retest

As said above , miantain the table SSM_CUST for entry DELETE_DOUBLE_TCODES = NO thos should reoslve your issue.
