can't import request

hello,i have 3 SAP servers,DEV、QAS、PRD，we transport a request from DEV to QAS,it can be imported in QAS,but in PRD,the request can reach,but can't be imported,i can't find the car button to import it,i check the trans directory,can't find the data file that i transport.what happen?how can i solve it?

Hi,

Log on to the domain controller of your TMS, goto system overview double click on domain controller, go to transport tool tab and delete line NO_IMPORT_ALL.

This should help.

thank you.i fixed it after delete all the request in PRD.
