Group notification

Is it possible to send group email notification if we don't have group email in solution manager service Desk .

Have the group be notified if anyone in the group creates, assigns any tickets.

Hi,

Have you tried this?.Inturn try creating a DL on your Solution manager and assign the DL for email.

Transaction so15.

Try this out.

Hi,

Create a DL in your Mail Server and maintain that DL in Processing details tab in condition configuration.

Hope this helps.
