Content Server Repository and MaxDB not used

Experts,

We have installed Content Server 6.40 with MaxDB Database.

Our Development/Functional Team used to store documents through Content Server repository to MaxDB.

But when I manually stopped MaxDb and Content Server - Apache WebServer, Dev team is still be able to retrieve the documents.

Now we have come to the conclusion that the documents are not getting stored in MaxDB and content server is not utilized.

Please let me know how to make use of this content server through our cFolder Netweaver system?

What configuration that we need to do to make sure that Content server is utilized?

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Check the OAC0 TCODE for the repostory that you use.

Could you please run report RSCMST report from Se38 and then specify repository you are using and then perform all test ?

after that please let us know the result.
