Hi all,
I developed a custom smartform.Im using my custom SMARTSTYLE for the character and paragraph fonts.Now I need to set a text to a size of HELEVTICA 60pt and another text to size HELEVTICA 30 pt.However when i created charatcer formats in my custom msartstyle for the above sizes,Im able to see both the texts(of size 30pt and size 60pt) of almost the same size only difference being that 60pt text is little(say 0.5cm wider)!
Can anybody tell me how do I knw what is the max font size I can set in any custom smartstyle on any system for that matter?
I cnat see the desired sizes in my print preview of the smartform!
Thanks!
Hello,
99.9 Pt is the largest font size that can be entered into a Sapscript or Smartform style.
The workaround is that you use e.g. 99 pt in the form, but that you
enter a printer escape sequence command for the larger font size into
the device type.
SE73 -> Printer Fonts -> <Device Type>
The SFxxx print controls contain the command sequesnce to tell the
printer to switch to a certain font size. You will need to know the
command for your printer model to tell your printer to switch to this
larger font size and theprinter must support the large font size also.

David
