CCMSPING Instance Availability auto reaction alert not working

Hello,

We have configured CCMSPING Java Instance data to send the instance data to CEN.

Completed all the required steps.

The issue is under Availability> SID> Instance Availability, when ever RED alert is sent from CCMSPING it is supposed to trigger EMAIL Auto Reaction alert, but it is not doing that.

I tried to trigger it manually to check the auto reaction method functionality and it works fine.

I have also made sure that auto reaction alert is set to LOCAL.

I think Autoabap is not functioning properly here,

when I switch to Status Auto Reaction > it says->

ZMDCPS-CCMSPING-V2 [Running in Autoabap] CHECKED Ready ( 19.05.2010 , 15:27:54 )

It's been like 24 hours the Autoabap is not checking nor triggering the alerts.

Do someone know how to deal with this?
