PO workflow issue

hi all ,

plz solve this ,

when a PO is created mail is sending to the respective person through workflow but along with that another person is also getting the mail who is not included in the approvers list and another issue is after releasing(approving) the PO by correct peron still the status of workflow is showing as inprocess instead of completed.

Hi,

Please go to BBP_PD transaction and check the document status and workflow status. Find the workflow item iD and open it in SWI1 transaction. You can see the workflow log.
