Heterogeneous copy / OS DB migration

Hi everybody, I just want to ask a simple question, in my company we are running SAP Netweaver (ECC 6.0) over Win2003 x64 and MSSQL 2005, but we want test the performance with Linux and Oracle, so I want to make a migration test of our development environment for test the performance with the new systems, Do I need a certified consultant for this? or the consultant is only needed when the project begin real.

You only need a certified consultant when you are going to migrate your productive system.
