shopping cart problem

Hi All,

I have one problem in SC

A user is create the shopping cart

This SC went to B user for approval ,B is approved and

This SC went to C user here it is asking to ''Pl add the quatiton".

In this Case how we can change the SC and add the any quatiton.

Kindly help me on this

Hi,

The approver can modify the shopping cart only if he has those special permissions to edit the Shopping cart during approval Process.

If these permissions has to be given to the Approver pls update the BBP_WFL_Security attrbute for the Approver in SU01->Preferences.

Where do we get SU01 --> Preference. I am not getting this. Will you please elaborate? are you this to maintain in PPOMA_BBP -- Atribute?

Hello,

After shopping cart is fully approved, it cannot be changed anymore.

You can try the following scenario:

- Shopping cart goes to sourcing cockpit;

- From there, a RFX (BID Invitation) is created;

- Then a RFQ (quotation) is created;

- From this RFX, a PO is generated.
