How to delete support messages

Hi,

I configured support desk when iam creating message in satellite system its showin in solution manager system.for testing purpose i created 10 messages from satellite system to solman system its working fine,when iam in solution manager when i cheked in find support notifications its showing all 10 messages here.But i want to delete all test messages here in solman system.how to delete these 10 messages in solman.

Discussed many times, you cant delete but can set deletion flag .

1329247 - Archiving Solution Manager Service Desk messages

Note 566225 - Report to delete the basis notifications with deletion flag
