FQDN Not maintained - Alert Inbox BSP Error

Hi All,

I am running on HP-UX, PI 7.1 EHP1 SP03. I am not able to open Alert Configuration/Inbox in RWB. It is related to FQDN issue. Please find below link which is similar to the issue I am facing now. I have maintained FQDN in all the places suggest by SDN like RZ10 icm parameter, Exchange Profile, hosts file. Is there any where i need to maintain FQDN.

One more thing, I am able to open Inbox page if I am executing ALRTINBOX tcode from ABAP. From RWB -> Alert Inbox. I am getting below mentioned (link) error.

Hi Phani,

i had faces similar problem few months back

solution as follos:

Maintain FQDN Name in Exchange Profile fro beloe parameters.

com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.name

com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.r3.ashost

com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.r3.mshost

after adding FQDN , re initiate RWB and see the changes reflecting in or not.

http://<ServerName>:<Port>/rwb/rtc?op=init

if still the same problem restart the server.

my pi server also same cnfiguration.

Issues got resolved.Basis team has activated few alert related services in SICF.
