Stock In MMBE showing against S.O

Hi experts ,

The stock is showing up against sales order in MMBE when the sales order is already goods issued and billed .okay and when I try to deliveryit for test it says "the item already shipped ". What could be the possible reasons for this for stock yto show in MMBE.Any input will be great help .

Hi,

Might be you have changed the requirement type in sales order under procurement tab before creating the delivery.

So system has issued the goods from the unrestricted free stock.

Is your sales order is already billed . Check whether controlling and PC documents are generated after PGI.

Now use the movement type 411 and transfer the stock from sales order to unrestricted stock.

Check whether you have the requirement type is for make to stock or make to order in the procurement tab in the sales order.

Check movments for sales order in MB51

In such case , you just try to de-assign the stock through MB1B -411/E as it should remove your issue.

Else try to transfer to other Sales Order through 413/E.
